The creation of certificates is bound by strict compliance regulations overseen by the various regulatory bodies. As a registered agent, Green Energy Trading has to ensure that all paperwork received for certificate creation meets legal guidelines.
Consequently Green Energy Trading takes time to ensure all paperwork is compliant so that once submitted to the overseeing regulatory bodies they are approved quickly without the need to clarify details at a later date. If subsequent information is required by the regulatory bodies, this will delay approval and payments.
In order to assign their certificates for creation by Green Energy Trading, system owners are required to complete our Assignment Form.
There are two ways to process certificates for installed systems:
- Let your customer do the paperwork themselves – please hand them an Assignment Form to complete, send to us and we will organise to pay them directly.
- More commonly, offer your customer a point of sale discount and ask your customer to sign the Assignment Form, send it to us and we'll pay you directly.
