Full time, permanent role
Location: Melbourne/Sydney
Salary Range: 80k

Responsibilities include

• Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks.

• Responsibility for advising senior management of HR compliance requirements and co-ordinating any responses.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

• Assist Line Managers with handling workplace investigations, disciplinary & grievance processes.

• Coaching, providing advice, supporting and assisting managers in the Performance Management Process

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven recent experience in an HR Role, with at least 2-3 years in a coordination or administration capacity.

• Must have bachelor’s degree tertiary qualification in Business, HR or similar.

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Human Resources and a strong eagerness to contribute actively to improvement initiatives.

• Possess sound Generalist HR Knowledge

• Strong investigative skills

• Experience in developing, coordinating, and conducting training.

• Sound knowledge in dealing with all employee relations matters and Australian employment laws and regulations.

• Must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to earn trust and credibility.

• Must be well organized and able to juggle multiple tasks - dynamic, and action-orientated, who meets deadlines and makes it happen.
